Operational Accountant / Accounting Administrator
Job Summary
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and special projects.
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Handle the Accounting and enter journal entries with accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
- Coordinate and support daily Office operations, scheduling, and logistical activities to ensure efficient business operations.
- Perform high-volume data entry and manage data with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Create, maintain, and analyze Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools to support operational and financial reporting.
- Assist with client communications, operational logistics, and administrative initiatives across multiple departments.
- Maintain confidentiality while effectively prioritizing competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks skills to support accounting and business operations.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Hands on role, seeking a self starter, able to pick up quickly and problem solve.
- Professional, clear communication skills, Quickbooks experience.
